ABOUT RANUNCULUS: Ranunculus (Botanical Name: Ranunculus asiaticus ) are perennial herbs that grow up to a height of about 45cms. The plants bear bright coloured flowerings in various colours like red, yellow, pink, white, etc. It is also commonly called the Wedding flowers.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF RANUNCULUS: 

WEATHER REQUIREMENTS:

The plant demands well-drained soil. It requires direct sunlight for 5-6 hours a day. Watering can be done at intervals depending on the dryness of the topsoil.

HOW TO PROPAGATE RANUNCULUS BULBS: 

Ranunculus plants are the best-preferred option to cover up the edges of a garden or as potted plants. The bulbs are sown at 2 inches deep in the soil bed with a spacing of 6-8 inches between two bulbs. The pointed end of the bulb should be upwards. Bulbs should be covered with a layer of soil. Watering can be done when the soil appears dry. Dried bulbs can be stored in a cool space for future use.
