Multimix Adeniums Flower Plants
Originating from the arid lands in Arabia and East Africa, Adenium is aptly called the "Desert rose". It's beautiful flowers, which grow year-round, are in stark contrast to its gnarled stem, and hence it is used as a stunning décor plant in many gardens and landscapes. It can be a bonsai or allowed to grow tall, reaching 6-10 feet in height. It's ease of maintenance and low water requirement makes it suitable in sunny and tropical parts of India.
Desert roses are a succulent, deciduous shrubs or small trees that can grow up to 4 metres tall, and occasionally up to 6 metres tall. With time, the base of the stem thickens and sometimes spreads over rocks.
Desert rose is unique in that it can grow in the wild (outdoors) as well as be cultivated indoors. It thrives in shallow vessels with a large mouth. This pot gave the plant's trunk a bulbous shape, giving it a Bonsai-like appearance.
Adenium Plants require full and bright sunlight and rock or hardy soil to grow.
Watering is another important trick in adenium plants. Since they store water, if you go wrong with the water, you can kill the plant. Make sure that you water them as per the season and only when the soil is dry.
These plants are also prone to pest attacks like – spider mites, scales, and mealybugs. The easiest way to say goodbye to these attacks is to soak a cotton ball in alcohol and apply it to the soil.
