Garlic Chives come in packets of 50 seeds each.
A perennial member of the onion family, chives have stunning purple flowers. Chives are perennials with a cold tolerance that are planted in the early spring. When planting this herb, use caution since if the flowers are allowed to ripen, it will take over your garden (the flowers scatter the seeds).
If this plant takes over your garden, it is simple to dig it up and move it.
