Alocasia Black Velvet Plant
Alocasia Black Velvet Plant
One of the "diamond Alocasias," Aroid Black Velvet is a beloved member of the Aroid family. The deep green leaves on this rare gem of a plant are almost black in colour. The undersides have a splotchy magenta colour, and the silvery-white veins contrast the black leaves in an appealing way. The leaves' unusual shape, which resembles an ovate heart, is especially noteworthy. The plant grows to a height of one to two feet when fully grown.
